The BC government has a program to assist with expensive prescription drugs. Once a family pays for drug needs up to their deductible level (income based), the government will pay for 70% of the costs and after the family maximum is reached, all prescription drugs are covered.
What if my income has decreased recently?
The Fair PharmaCare program is based on your family net income from two years ago. You can apply for an income review if your family income has dropped by 10% or more. For more information click here.
